We are located in SW Edmonton, in the Windermere area. If you are in the Edmonton area and would like to pick up your order for free, select "Local Pick Up" at check out, you will be contacted within 24 hours with our address and instructions for pick up.

CAN YOU COMPLETE BULK ORDERS?

Of course we can! We consider any purchase over 10 items as a bulk order and you can order any of our products in bulk. All you need to do is fill out a form on our "Custom Orders" page with the details of your order. We can also accommodate personalization for bulk orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. You may return un-used merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of your shipped date. Shipping, processing fees, and personalization cannot be refunded. 

Please fill out a form on the "contact us" page with the details of your return. All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.  Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase upon receiving the returned product.
